"Carioca de Limão" Project is an emerging Portuguese-Brazilian Jazz Band, founded in Matosinhos, by Helga Azevedo and Gil Santos.

Our commitment is based on superior musical and instrumental quality where diversity, sound fusion of different ethnicities and specific choice of repertoire stand out and vocal interpretation marks by energy, emotion and connection with the public and the message that the themes carry.

The musical selection navigates between timeless Brazilian rhythms, with a new aesthetic  and arrangements that transport the smoothness of jazz and funky grooves to the lively and warm fusion of tropical rhythms and world music with hints of an electronic environment.
